【摘要】:Inthedesignandoperationofreverseosmosisandnanofiltrationinstallations,itisimportanttopredicttheCaSO4,SrSO4,andBaSO4scalingpropertiesoftheconcentratestream.Becauseoftheincreaseintotaldissolvedsolidsandtheincreaseinconcentrationofthescalingsalts,thescalingpropertiesoftheconcentratestreamwillbequitedifferentfromthoseofthefeedsolution.Thispracticepermitsthecalculationofthescalingpotentialfortheconcentratestreamfromthefeedwateranalysesandthereverseosmosisornanofiltrationoperatingparameters.ScalingbyCaSO4,SrSO4,andBaSO4willadverselyaffectthereverseosmosisornanofiltrationperformance.Thispracticegivesvariousproceduresforthepreventionofscaling.1.1Thispracticecoversthecalculationandadjustmentofcalcium,strontium,andbariumsulfatesfortheconcentratestreamofareverseosmosisornanofiltrationsystem.Thecalculationsareusedtodeterminetheneedforscalecontrolintheoperationanddesignofreverseosmosisandnanofiltrationinstallations.Thispracticeisapplicableforalltypesofreverseosmosisdevices(tubular,spiralwound,andhollowfiber)andnanofiltrationdevices.1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletobothbrackishwatersandseawaters.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
