【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62053appliesonlytonewlymanufacturedelectromechanicalwatt-hourmetersofaccuracyclasses0,5,1and2,forthemeasurementofalternatingcurrentelectricalactiveenergyin50Hzor60Hznetworksanditappliestotheirtypetestsonly.Itappliesonlytoelectromechanicalwatt-hourmetersforindoorandoutdoorapplicationconsistingofameasuringelementandregister(s)enclosedtogetherinametercase.Italsoappliestooperationindicator(s)andtestoutput(s).Ifthemeterhasameasuringelementformorethanonetypeofenergy(multi-energymeters),orwhenotherfunctionalelements,likemaximumdemandindicators,electronictariffregisters,timeswitches,ripplecontrolreceivers,datacommunicationinterfaces,etc.areenclosedinthemetercase,thentherelevantstandardsfortheseelementsalsoapply.Itdoesnotapplyto:-watt-hourmeterswherethevoltageacrosstheconnectionterminalsexceeds600V(line-to-linevoltageformetersforpolyphasesystems);-portablemeters;-datainterfacestotheregisterofthemeter.Regardingacceptancetests,abasicguidelineisgiveninIEC60514.ThedependabilityaspectiscoveredbythedocumentsoftheIEC62059series.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformanceparametersandmethodsofinspectionofmechanicalshock-testingmachinesandgivesguidelinesfordescribingtheircharacteristics.Itisintendedtoensurethatthepotentialuserofaparticularshock-testingmachineisprovidedwithanadequatedescriptionofthecharacteristicsofthemachine,andalsotogiveguidanceontheselectionofsuchmachines.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheshock-testingmachinesthatareusedfordemonstratingorevaluatingtheeffectofshockconditionsrepresentativeoftheserviceenvironmentinaccordancewiththerelevantpartofIEC60068andalsofordiagnostictesting.Thepurposeoftheshocktestistorevealmechanicalweaknessand/ordegradationinspecifiedperformance.Itcanalsobeusedtodeterminethestructuralintegrityofatestspecimenorasameansofqualitycontrol.Machinesusedforsimulationofearthquakes,sonicbooms,explosionsandimplosions,burstingtests,metalworking,forming,etc.arenotcoveredinthisInternationalStandard.Severaltechniquesforgeneratingthedesiredshockmotionarediscussed.Bothsimple-pulseandcomplextransientscanbeproduced.Thesimulationoftransientscanbeachievedbycontrolofthetestwithaspecifiedshock-responsespectrum.NOTE1AnnexAgivesadescriptionofpulse-shapingdevices.AnnexBdefinesmethodsofapplicationoftheshockresponsespectra.AnnexCconsidersamethodofevaluatingthepossibilityofusingavibrationgeneratorforproducingashockpulse.AnnexesDandEdealwiththemethodsofmeasurementofsomecharacteristicsininspectionmethods(orprocedures)ofshock-testingmachines.NOTE2Characteristicsofvibration-generatingequipmentarecoveredinISO5344,ISO6070andISO8626.
