【摘要】:ThistestmethodisusedinmakingapreliminarydeterminationoftheacceptabilityoffineaggregateswithrespecttotherequirementsofSpecificationC33thatrelatetoorganicimpurities.Theprincipalvalueofthistestmethodistofurnishawarningthatinjuriousamountsoforganicimpuritiesmaybepresent.WhenasamplesubjectedtothistestproducesacolordarkerthanthestandardcoloritisadvisabletoperformthetestfortheeffectoforganicimpuritiesonthestrengthofmortarinaccordancewithTestMethodC87.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstwoproceduresforanapproximatedeterminationofthepresenceofinjuriousorganicimpuritiesinfineaggregatesthataretobeusedinhydrauliccementmortarorconcrete.Oneprocedureusesastandardcolorsolutionandtheotherusesaglasscolorstandard.1.2ThevaluesgiveninSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
