【摘要】:Thepurposeofthismethodistodeterminethesuitabilityofdifferentmetalsforuseinresistanceapparatusinwhichalowthermoelectricpowerisdesired.Asmostelectriccircuitsarelargelycomposedofcopper,thethermoelectricpowerofaresistancemetalwillgenerallybemeasuredagainstcopper.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthethermoelectricpowerofametaloralloywithrespecttocopperwhenthetemperaturesofthejunctionsliebetween0and100C.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsarethepreferredunit.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
