【摘要】:Thistestmethodcanbeusedtolocatetheglasstransitionregionandassignaglasstransitiontemperatureofamorphousandsemi-crystallinematerials.Dynamicmechanicalanalyzersmonitorchangesintheviscoelasticpropertiesofamaterialasafunctionoftemperatureandfrequency,providingameanstoquantifythesechanges.Inidealcases,thetemperatureoftheonsetofthedecreaseinstoragemodulusmarkstheglasstransition.Aglasstransitiontemperature(Tg)isusefulincharacterizingmanyimportantphysicalattributesofthermoplastic,thermosets,andsemi-crystallinematerialsincludingtheirthermalhistory,processingconditions,physicalstability,progressofchemicalreactions,degreeofcure,andbothmechanicalandelectricalbehavior.Tgmaybedeterminedbyavarietyoftechniquesandmayvaryinaccordancewiththetechnique.Thistestmethodisusefulforqualitycontrol,specificationacceptance,andresearch.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperature(Tg)ofmaterialsusingdynamicmechanicalanalyzers.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletothermoplasticpolymers,thermosetpolymers,andpartiallycrystallinematerialswhicharethermallystableintheglasstransitionregion.1.3Theapplicablerangeoftemperaturesforthistestmethodisdependentupontheinstrumentationused,but,inordertoencompassallmaterials,theminimumtemperatureshouldbeaboutx2212;150x00B0;C.1.4Thistestmethodisintendedformaterialshavinganelasticmodulusintherangeof0.5MPato100GPa.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6ThisstandardissimilartoIEC61006exceptthatstandardusesthepeaktemperatureofthelossmoduluspeakastheglasstransitiontemperaturewhilethisstandardusestheextrapolatedonsettemperatureofthestoragemoduluschange.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
