【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforfactorymadeproductsofexpandedpolystyrenewhichareusedforthethermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperaturerangeofapproximately-180°Cto+80°C.Modifiedexpandedpolystyrenepolymerswithahighertemperatureresistancearealsocoveredbythisstandard.NOTEBelowanoperatingtemperatureof-50°C,specialtestsregardingthesuitabilityoftheproductintheintendedapplicationareadvised(e.g.liquefactionofoxygen).Manufacturers’adviceshouldbeheededinallcases.Theproductsaremanufacturedintheformoffacedorunfacedboards,rolls,lags,pipesectionsorotherprefabricatedware.Thisstandarddescribesproductcharacteristicsandincludesproceduresfortesting,evaluationofconformity,markingandlabelling.Productscoveredbythisstandardarealsousedinprefabricatedthermalinsulationsystemsandcompositepanels;theperformanceofsystemsincorporatingtheseproductsisnotcovered.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelorclassofagivenpropertythatshallbeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Theclassesandlevelsrequiredforagivenapplicationcanbefoundinregulationsandinvitationstotender.Productswithadeclaredthermalconductivitygreaterthan0,060W/(m·K)at10°Carenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverproductsforinsituinsulation(forloosefillorpouredinsulation)orproductsfortheinsulationofthebuildingstructure.
