【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforhoseassemblieswithvapourrecoveryfordeliverysystemsonpetrolfillingstations.Thehoseassemblieswithvapourrecoveryfordeliverysystemsonpetrolfillingstationsshallbecapableofwithstandinganticipatedmechanical,thermalandchemicalstressingandshallberesistanttothecombustibleliquidsusedintheseapplicationsaswellastheirvapourandvapourairmixtures.Theassembliesshallbeconstructedinsuchawaythatactionsduringnormaloperationcannotgiverisetodangerouselectrostaticchargesnorshalltherebeanyreductionintheperformanceofthevapourrecovery.Theassembliesareintendedforuseatambienttemperaturesbetween-30?and+55?fornormaltemperatureclassand-40?and+55?forlowtemperatureclassataworkingpressurelowerorequal16bar.Hosesmaybeconstructedfromrubberorthermoplasticelastomer(TPE)andthisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsforthreetypesofhosesintwocategoriesandtwoclassesofhoseassembliesformeasuredfueldispensingsystems,includingoxygenatedfuels(uptoamaximumof15%oxygenatedcompounds)withinternalvapourrecoverytubingorhose.

【摘要】:Thisspecificationprovidesdesignandconstructioncriteriaforasemi-flush,oiltight,andwatertightboltedmanholecoverassembly.Themanholecoverassemblydepictedinthisspecificationisforuseindecksorbulkheadsrequiringoiltightandwatertightcoversthatarenotrequiredtobecompletelyflush.Manholecoverassembliesshallbecompletewithcovers,mountingrings,gaskets,weldedstuds,washers,andnuts.Handles,ifrequired,shallbeasspecifiedintheorderinginformation.Thevaluesstatedininchpoundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisspecificationisnotapplicabletocertainhazardouscargos(seeSection46CFR153.254and46CFR154.340).Thisspecificationprovidesdesignandconstructionformanholecoverassembliessubjectedtolateralpressuressuchasresultingfromvehicleloadsorhydrostaticpressures.Wheremanholecoverassembliesaresubjectedtoprimaryorcyclicloads,otherreinforcementorconstructioncriteriamaybenecessarytointegratethemanholeassemblywiththerequiredstructuralreinforcementforopeningsindecksorbulkheads.Designofthemanholecoverassemblyforprimaryorcyclicloadsisbeyondthescopeofthisspecification.
