【摘要】:p>Theuseoftheseacceptancetestswillinsurethatorganizationsbuyingportableheaterswillbeassuredtheheatersmeetcertainperformancerequirements.1.1Thisspecificationisusedtostandardizetheportableairheatersusedonpersonneldecontaminationlinestoinsuretheheatersprovidesufficientheatedairforpersonnelcomfortbefore,during,andafterthedecontaminationforaslongastheyareneededduringtheemergency.Note18212;Theseheatersarenotintendedtobeusedforthedecontaminationforanyothersurfaceormaterial.Also,theseheatersareintendedtobeportableandeasytousebyfirstrespondersduringachemical,biological,radiological,nuclear,andexplosive(CBRNE)event.1.2Thisspecificationcontainsaspecificationsectionandatestmethodssectionsousersneedtorefertothesectionapplicabletotheirneedswhenusingthisstandardspecification.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note28212;TheU.S.firstresponderpersonnelusingtheequipmentmanufacturedunderthisstandardarenotlikelytobefamiliarwithSIunitssoEnglishunitsneedtobeincludedaspartofthesystemdocumentationandshownoncontrolpanelsforanyequipmentsoldtoU.S.organizations.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.10.1Thesetestmethodsshallbeusedtoinsureportableairheaterscomplywiththerequirementsofthisspecification.

【摘要】:Thisspecificationprovidesthebasicminimumcriteriaforuseinevaluatingthequalificationsoftestingorinspectionagencies,orboth,forroadandpavingmaterials.Thecriteriamaybesupplementedbymorespecificcriteriaandrequirements.Anindividualusercanalsouseittojudgethequalificationofanagency.Theintentofthisspecificationistoprovideaconsensusbasisforevaluatingatestingorinspectionagency,orboth,withrespecttothatagency''scapabilitytoobjectivelyandcompetentlyprovidethespecificservicesneededbytheuser.Thisspecificationcanbeusedasabasisforaccreditation.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheminimumrequirementsforfieldandlaboratorypersonnel,forestablishingandmaintainingaqualitysystem,andestablishesminimumqualificationsforagenciesengagedinthetestingandinspectionofroadandpavingmaterials.1.2Criteriaareprovidedforevaluatingthecapabilityofanagencytoproperlyperformdesignatedtestsonroadandpavingmaterials,andforestablishingguidelinespertainingtoanagency''sorganization,personnel,facilities,andqualitysystem.Thisspecificationmaybesupplementedbymorespecificcriteria,suchasthatinSpecificationE329,andrequirementsforparticularprojects.1.3Thisspecificationcanbeusedasabasistoevaluatetestingorinspectionagencies,orboth,andisintendedforuseforthequalifyingoraccrediting,orboth,oftestingorinspectionagencies,publicorprivate,engagedinthetestingandinspectionofroadandpavingmaterials.1.4Accreditationisrequiredtocomplywiththisstandard.(See8.1.5.)1.5Theusersoftheaccreditedagencymustreviewtheagency''sscopeofaccreditationtoensuretheagencyhasbeenaccreditedforitstechnicalcompetencetoperformthetasksrequestedbytheuser.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
